Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When you place an order you confirm that all details provided are accurate and you have permission to provide them. You enter a contract with Quirkii when you place an order. Payment will be taken when the order is processed, and the order will be completed as per your selected shipping method. You will receive an email confirming your order, with subsequent emails informing you of dispatch of your goods. Please check all details are correct, including ordered items and address details. To place an order
You must be 18 years old and have valid card details to a registered bank.
Some of our dance shoes come in European or American sizes which we convert into English sizings. The size you ordered may not match the size on the box, but it is the correct converted size. Please try on both shoes to check the fit.
Items you can not return?
To check whether an item is eligible for return, please check the product description.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept tights and underwear back for refund or exchange if the packaging has been opened.
All custom made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@quirkii.com and send your item to: Quirkii Ltd, 56 Welford road , Leicester, Le2 7aa, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns postage service
In order to make it easier and cheaper to return items to Quirkii we can offer use of our subsidized returns service. For a small fee you can print a postage label and drop off your parcel at a convenient location to return it back to us.
The fee will be deducted from any refund amounts due to you. Faulty goods will be entitled to free returns postage in accordance with distance selling regulations.
Unable to print the returns form
If you are unable to print the returns form (and use the subsidised returns service), please enclose your original invoice or a cover note specifying the order number, which items you wish to be returned and why.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
This does not affect your rights.
